From a distance, he saw my daughter heading toward that area. Worried she might trip or step into traffic to avoid it, he parked his car and walked behind her to make sure she stayed safe. He didn’t want to startle her by calling out from far away, so he simply followed at a distance until she reached our house.
Relief washed over me as I realized the truth behind the situation. The man hadn’t meant to frighten anyone—he had simply acted out of concern. I thanked him sincerely for looking out for my child, and he politely wished us a good evening before continuing on his way.
